Includes renovations to the varsity field house, parking, visitor side, home side, site work, ADA updates and track renovations

Baseball Field Additions and Renovations (Richards Park)
Includes 300 new bleacher seats, increase backstop height by 10 feet, new netting at backstop, new metal canopy at batting cages, new masonry dugouts, renovations to locker room/restrooms, perimeter chainlink fencing and new sidewalks
Budget: $752,605

Softball Field Additions and Renovations
Includes relocation of the existing football stadium home side bleachers to softball field, new masonry dugouts, increase backstop height by 10 feet, addition of stair access to press box, provide covered hitting cages, relocate scoreboard, renovate concessions/restrooms and provide an additional 100 bleacher seats at tennis courts

Dunaway Elementary School
Includes replacing exterior/interior doors and hardware, paint wall throughout, remodeling of all restrooms, addition of new cafeteria flooring, level cafeteria floor, add stage lighting in cafeteria, replace concrete at front entry, provide additional power & data drops in library

Includes additional playground equipment similar to existing elementary campuses and provide new chain link fence backstop
